I Am Boulder vacaville.

Although this recipe is a regular in my kitchen, it especially tends to crop up around mid October and play on repeat until December. It’s creamy, flavorful, has Halloween-approved levels of garlic, and is super easy to make- extra important in what is my own busiest time of the year! You can customize it with whatever flavors you like and should absolutely season it not only with SALT & PEPPER, but also with garlic/oregano/other spices to your own taste!

Oh and by the way, this recipe is gluten free & vegan!

I’ll admit it- I’m a tomato purest. I’m one of those people who not only doesn’t buy tomato sauce, but also goes as far as to not even buy canned tomatoes to put in my sauce. It might cost a few dollars more to buy all the fresh tomatoes I throw in, but the results? It’s fresh and rich and flavorful and so easy. You can customize it with roasted garlic, herbs, peppers & spices, cheese and more. It keeps for weeks when it’s sealed and is perfect in a pinch when you want a fast, healthy meal that still tastes homemade.

The Burning Monk- Thich Quang Duc (1963) sat down in meditation position at Saigon. He then poured gasoline all over his body and set himself alight. He maintained his calm meditative position and did not even make a sound while his body burned and then within a few minutes toppled over. His body was consumed but his heart remained intact. It was placed in the Reserve Bank of Vietnam and is called the Symbol Of The Holy Heart.

He wanted to show people that we can do incredible things when we practice mindfulness. He also wanted to show the world the injustice that was being perpetrated on the Buddhist religion and community by a repressive regime. Needless to say, it worked pretty well and the government softened up on the Buddhist. He is a remarkable symbol of the incredible power the mind holds.

This is the best post of this I have seen, thanks

An Open Letter to Sam Pepper

Hi Sam!

Thanks for taking the time to read this letter. As fellow YouTubers, we have much respect for others who put so much hard work into building their channel. It’s not easy, and you should be proud! That said, we’ve noticed that in your success, there has been a lack of respect in…

If the whole universe has no meaning, we should never have found out that it has no meaning: just as, if there were no light in the universe and therefore no creatures with eyes, we should never know it was dark. Dark would be without meaning.

Natural Rosemary & Mint Shampoo | Soap Deli News
If you have scalp problems then you will know all too well the pain that comes with using commercial shampoos. That’s because most commercial shampoos contain additives like sulfates (the stuff that gives shampoo it’s lather, but can worsen skin irritations and strip hair). I have psoriasis and can’t use ‘traditional’ shampoos anymore - my head goes nuts! I have been buying sulfate-free shampoo, but making my own is something I’d love to do. Plus rosemary has been shown to be effective to preventing hair loss and mint is good for dandruff, and relieving scalp irritations. So this is basically sore head heaven! Just remember if you make this, that it won’t lather and get frothy like normal shampoo because it doesn’t have the sulfates, so don’t worry that you’ve messed up!

We are earth people on a spiritual journey to the stars. Our quest, our earth walk, is to look within, to know who we are, to see that we are connected to all things, that there is no separation, only in the mind.
You are a divine being. You matter, you count. You come from realms of unimaginable power and light, and you will return to those realms.
